We want to make repairing and altering Metsola clothes as easy as possible. That's why we collaborate with the Finnish company Menddie, which offers a hassle-free way to service the clothes you love. Order and pay for the repair service online, send the garment from the nearest mailing point, and get it back repaired, ready for new adventures.
When you maintain and repair your clothes, you significantly extend their lifespan. The seamstresses, cobblers, and other professionals working through Menddie are carefully selected, so you can trust the quality of the result.

Select repair
Dress or skirt shortening
The seamstress shortens the dress or skirt to the desired length, leaving the seam as it was originally. Let the seamstress know in the comments if you have any special requests. By shortening the hem according to your needs you will be more likely to wear and rewear your garment. You can also consider shortening the hem when you are altering the garment for a new style.

Neckline restyling
Want to spice up your shirt with a customised collar or neckline? It's a matter of modifying an existing collar, for example by making it more open or opening up the back for a new style. The service does not include a collar made from a new fabric.

Waist reduction for dress/pants
The seamstress will narrow the dress or trousers according to your wishes. If you hesitate to measure the narrowing, you can leave a message to the seamstress and ask her to contact you before the narrowing is finalised.

Knitwear hole or seam repair
Seamstress will repair holes or broken seams in your sweater or knitwear as seamlessly as possible.

Torn / broken seam
The seamstress will repair a torn or opened seam seamlessly. The thread chosen for the repair is as close as possible to the colour of your garment. Repairing an open seam will also ensure a longer life for your garment as the stitching will leave the seam sturdier.

Zipper replacement
Our seamstress will replace the zipper with one as close as possible with the original.

Seamless patching / mending
Is the fabric torn and you want to patch it as discreetly as possible? The seamstress will mend the torn as seamlessly as possible and get your garment back to use. The thread chosen for the repair is as close as possible to the colour of your garment.

Open repair request
You can leave an open request to the seamstress if you didn't find a suitable repair in the menu or if you have questions about the garment repair.

Request an estimate for the work you need from dozens of our service providers. You will typically receive a response within one business day.

Send the package
After receiving the estimate via email, order the service easily online and take the garment in a package to the nearest delivery point or directly to the tailor.

Enjoy the result
The ordered work will be carried out in the tailor shop, after which your garment will be returned to the delivery point and you can enjoy your garment!
