Repair, maintain or customize your Luhta products easily through our partner Menddie. It's now made easy, because all you have to do is choose a service and send your product for processing.

How does the service work?

First, choose the service that suits your needs: either repair for outdoor products or customization for fashion products. The services are divided according to the product types of our brands, but nothing prevents you from choosing a fashion product service from the outdoor product side or vice versa.

Didn't find a suitable repair? Send a quote request directly to the seamstress via the "Request a quote" button. You will receive the price for the repair within a few days and a link where you can add the repair to your shopping cart. You can check and finalize the order in the shopping cart.

With the order confirmation, you will receive instructions by email on how to pack and send the package. For more information on sending, see from here.

You can find the nearest delivery point on Matkahuolto's website. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept repaired products in stores. Orders are sent from Matkahuolto's parcel locker or office.

How long does the repair take?

Clothing repair takes about a week including shipping time. If you have any questions about the repair of your clothes, we will contact you by text message. The processing time of the product is indicative and may vary on a case-by-case basis.

When the package is ready for pickup, you will receive a text message about it. Pickup is done with an eight-digit code from the same delivery point. The shipment will be stored for two weeks, after which it will be transferred to storage elsewhere.

What if I am not satisfied with the repair?

We offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee for all repairs. If the repair is incomplete or faulty, or the garment is otherwise damaged in processing, Menddie will perform a new repair or refund the price of the service.

We ask you to report all complaints related to the order or delivery by email to info@menddie.com within 100 days of receiving the product being processed.
